We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. For urgent changes, call or WhatsApp us immediately.
Cancellation Charges

How to Cancel a Booking

- Provide your booking reference number, name and trip date.
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS.
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5โ7 business days.
Special Cases
- Medical emergencies: We consider waiving charges on a case-by-case basis with documentation.
- Cancellation by us: If we cancel your booking, you receive a full refund plus priority rebooking assistance.
- Weather/acts of God: No charge applies if the trip cannot proceed due to natural calamities or government-mandated restrictions.
- Tour packages: Tour package cancellations have separate policies โ please refer to your package confirmation document.
Refund Process
Refunds for prepaid bookings are processed within 5โ7 business days to the original payment method. Cash bookings do not qualify for prepaid refunds โ any eligible amount will be offset against future bookings.
