1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, mobile contact channels, or making a booking with Vehicles Tours and Travel Booking("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability at the time of confirmation.
• A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
• Provide accurate pickup address, drop location, date, time and passenger count at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

3. Fares & Pricing

• All fares are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of fuel and driver charges unless stated otherwise.
• Fares do not include toll charges, parking fees, state border taxes, or driver night allowances — these are payable directly.
• Outstation fares are calculated on actual kilometres driven from garage to garage.
• Waiting charges apply after 15 minutes of agreed pickup time.
• Prices may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to fuel price changes.

4. Passenger Obligations

• Passengers must not exceed the stated seating capacity of the vehicle.
• Luggage must be within the stated limits. Excess luggage may incur additional charges.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and carrying illegal substances in vehicles is strictly prohibited.
• Passengers are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during the trip.
• The driver's decision is final regarding road safety and route selection.

5. Liability & Limitation

• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles.
• Our total liability in any event shall not exceed the fare paid for the specific trip.
• We carry mandatory commercial vehicle insurance as required by law.

6. Booking Modifications

Changes to booking dates, times, or destinations must be requested at least 4 hours in advance. We will accommodate changes subject to availability. Changes requested less than 4 hours before pickup may be treated as a new booking.

7. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore. We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication before legal action.
